8/2/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the summer program, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with moderate emotions. During morning socialization activities, the client remained focused and sat quietly in his seat while eating breakfast with his peers. During midday socialization activities, the client interacted with his peers in a positive manner while feeding the fish in the pond. During afternoon socialization activities, the client exhibited difficulty following directions given by not staying in his seat while eating lunch. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program. During morning socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue remaining focused and sitting quietly in his seat. During midday socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue interacting with his peers in a positive manner. During afternoon socialization activities, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directions given. The client responded well towards the summer program as evidenced by participation and engagement. During morning socialization activities, the client agreed to continue to remain focused and to sit quietly in his seat while eating breakfast with his peers. During midday socialization activities, the client agreed to continue interacting with his peers in a positive manner while feeding the fish in the pond. During afternoon socialization activities, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to follow directions given by staying in his seat while eating lunch.
